Discovering what's around the next bend of the trail. What's over the next hill. What's possible if we keep going.
Why Runners with Beards?
The name Runners with Beards was born from a simple observation. In a group of runners, it's often the ones with beards who are the 'crazy' ones. The ones that push. The misfits to clean cut society.
This stereotype of the rugged runner became a metaphor for the people in any group who push outside of comfort zones, to discover something more, for themselves and for others.
The essence of Runners with Beards extends well past running or beards, and into what we can all do to discover more about ourselves, and the people and places around us.
New collection.
If you would like to look the part on the journey of discovery, why not put your hand up for a hat or shirt. You don't even need to have a beard or be a runner. Just be discovering.
What’s in Store?
For now, Runners with Beards is creating ways to share the RWB look and be part of the story of discovery. Along the way, as we discover together what's next, we'd like to find ways to support organisations and individuals at the forefront of discovery.
Maybe that's helping discover a cure for cancer. Maybe supporting a person in an abusive relationship to discover they are worth it and they can get out. Maybe helping young men and women discover how to deal with anxiety.
